Getting Started with your New iPads

Apple Volume Purchasing Program
You must identify a program facilitator and request an Apple ID for an account with the Apple Volume Purchasing Program (AVPP) for your school.department in order to purchase apps for the iPad.

Identify a person who will be the AVPP program facilitator for your school/department.
Obtain the Apple ID for your school/department AVPP account, by contacting Kathy Hart hartk@duvalschools.org
Once your receive your organization's Apple ID, visit the Apple Store for K-12 education:
http://store.apple.com/us-hed/browse/home/education_routing/k12_institution to create a quote to purchase a volume voucher. (Follow the normal purchase procedures).
No P-card purchases are allowed.
Once you have purchased the voucher, Login to the Apple Volume Purchase Program Portal: https://volume.itunes.apple.com/us/store to redeem the voucher.
End users redeem codes and download apps-At the App Store, end users redeem the codes and download the purchased apps. End users can be teachers, administrators, or anyone at the institution who will be installing the apps.
VPP codes are redeemed at the App Store https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/redeemLandingPage
